Produced in DT’s European facility, the latest ARC 1100 wheels feature a fully proprietary carbon rim developed in collaboration with the aerodynamic specialists at Swiss Side. Each rim is extensively tested in the GST wind tunnel, ensuring cutting-edge aero performance.

The updated rim design includes a 22 mm internal width, optimised specifically for 28–30 mm tyres, and a unique hybrid V-shape profile. This allows the use of deeper rims while delivering outstanding crosswind stability — even better than previous, shallower designs.

Light, Fast, and Built to Win

Thanks to advances in DT's in-house carbon manufacturing, the new rim construction features a refined lay-up and a flawless “out-of-mould” finish, eliminating the need for cosmetic veneers. Each rim is individually scanned to ensure every carbon layer is precisely placed before assembly.

The result? A weight saving of up to 158 grams per pair compared to the previous generation — despite being both wider and deeper.

Built around DT’s ultra-reliable DICUT 180 hubs, the ARC 1100 features:

• 36-tooth Ratchet EXP drive system

• SiNC ceramic bearings

This combination delivers outstanding efficiency, reduced drag, and DT’s legendary ease of servicing.

Complementing the hubs are the Aerolite II spokes, developed with Swiss Side to reduce rotational drag and maximise aerodynamic performance.
